DEViSE released the DVDRip of the movie El Cartel. Haven’t been able to find anything about this release besides the plot in IMDB and they haven’t this movie rated yet either. Well according to the plot this is about the Drug Cartel’s so if you interested, you might want to give it a try. Judging from the sample, could be the movie, but think is very red, audio is good.
