STG brings us the CAM of the movie Transformers 2 Revenge of The Fallen. From what I’ve read, the film critics more or less agree, the movie is not good, no plot, bad acting etc, but it goes without saying that if you liked the first Transformers movies, then you will like this one as well. Now if on the other hand you thought the first one was too long and too loud, then you won’t like this one either because it very long and much louder. Transformers Revenge of the Fallen will be one of those critic proof films, where most audiences won’t care what critics have to say and will enjoy this film. Transformers 2 is more of a remake than a sequel. The special effects and sound design are brillant. So this film is more of the same and if you like it or not depends on your tastes. Judging from the sample, well it’s better then what we’ve seen from other releases, it has some colour now and the audio, typical CAM, hollow but the sample is in sync. Suggest to wait for a better quality release out but if you can’t wait, enjoy!

[NFO NOTES]: WORK DONE: First thing was to filter the video….. changing the rgb colours,lowering the rgb black base also messed with the chroma (reducing it) increasing the gamma,lum slightly and adding more contrast. Also used a touch of video noise reduction and some contour filter. Also i had to remove 20 sec on pure black screen half way through…. didn’t see the point in keeping it. Will say now though this is missing 34 secs off the ending,20 secs pure black screen (removed) and about 1min at the 1hr 25mins 48 secs mark. Then it was now onto to the audio …..for this i needed to fine the start and match it up and also needed to find the audio off audio 2 to fill in the missing blanks…..In the end i decided to use audio 2 from the 1hr 25 min mark as it was easier to sync this way. once done i joined by files together and then ran a noise reduction filter and also changed the EQ slightly…..hasn’t made a major difference, but it’s better. After i stretched the audio to match the runtime of the russian video and then began to sync it….24 cuts later i finally got there. Now there might be some slight oos in parts and if there is it won’t be by much and not for long…..just that some parts were hard to tell, due to different reasons. quality….hmmm, well for a cam it’s more than watchable and it would be ok on your pc mon or a 22″ in the bedroom or something on those lines, as for the audio…asn’t came out too bad considering sources and also as you ain’t got some wicked surround setup it will be ok to listen to,otherwise forget it and wait for the r5 or above.

Plot: Decepticon forces return to Earth on a mission to take Sam Witwicky prisoner, after the young hero learns the truth about the ancient origins of the Transformers. Joining the mission to protect humankind is Optimus Prime, who forms an alliance with international armies for a second epic battle.
